Padlock Web provides SSL certificate installation and related technical support services. We do not issue SSL certificates ourselves but install and configure the certificates you possess or guide you in obtaining one. We offer a 3-Day Installation Guarantee without any downtime. If we take longer than three days to install your SSL without valid dependencies from your end, you may be eligible for benefits under our refund policy.
3. Client Responsibilities and Shared Credentials
To provide our services, we often require temporary access to your web hosting account or website dashboard. You agree to provide accurate access details securely. We guarantee that any login credentials shared with us privately will solely be used to perform the requested security installation. Once the work is verified and completed, we permanently delete your credentials from all our records. We advise you to change your passwords after our work is done as a standard security best practice. You are also responsible for maintaining backups of your website data before we commence work.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we guarantee zero downtime during our installation process as reasonably within our control, Padlock Web shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from the use or inability to use our services due to unforeseen third-party software conflicts.
